When you create a BidSimply account, we collect your name, email address, and business information you choose to provide. Job data you enter — client names, addresses, pricing, and documents — is stored securely and is visible only to your account and any team members you invite.
Your information is used to operate your account, process subscription payments, and provide support. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. BidSimply does not store your payment card details directly — that information is handled entirely by Stripe's own secure systems.
Your account and job data are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is protected with account-level access controls so only you can see your own jobs and clients.
